Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled by our trusted partners and shipped from warehouses in Hong Kong to ensure fast, cost-effective delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure speedy processing, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will be processed as-is. Unopened, unused items can be returned for a full refund upon receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for secure, hassle-free transactions.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) within 1-3 business days and shipped the next business day after processing. Note: We do not process or ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance. During peak seasons, allow extra time for processing.

What if I don’t receive my order?

How do I return an item?
Email support@venifit.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process. Returns must be unopened/unused in original packaging.

What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@venifit.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll resolve the issue swiftly—either replacing the item or issuing a refund.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Credit card refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
